A thank-you gift for Jen

Jen is moving on, and we want to send her off knowing exactly how much she meant to this team. Chip in what you can — every dollar and every note goes straight to her.

Why we're doing this

It may not be obvious to everyone who worked with Jen from afar just how much she cared about each of us, or how much purpose she found in supporting our work and serving our community.

When we worked closely together, she'd often say:

"I don't have the ability to take care of patients like you do, but you are my patients. I take care of all of you so that you can take care of your patients." — Jen

Now it's our turn to take care of her. If each of us pitches in $100–$200, we can make a real difference and help ease her transition — but every gift, of any size, helps us get there.

How to contribute

  1. Give on Venmo. Tap the button above, or find @Jesse-Matthews in the Venmo app.

  2. Leave Jen a note (optional). Add it to the "What's this for?" field on Venmo, and mark the payment private so it stays just between us. All the notes will be compiled and shared with Jen along with the gift.

  3. Spread the word. Share this page with anyone else who worked with Jen and might want to contribute.
